I frequently wake up around 3 AM with discomfort in my shoulders to the point I can't get go back to sleep. I recently was informed by a Brother in Christ who had use some of the salve so I decided to try it. Yes! if you are bothered with sever pain in in some joint try it . I can rub on just a small amount on both shoulders and it works immediately and I can easily go back to sleep. I was a little skeptical about the claims of this salve. My daughter's husband brought her back one of the regular salves to try on her neck and back. She really liked it. I always have a nagging pain in my left shoulder and neck. So I ordered the 2X. When I very first started using it I was amazed at how quickly it worked. And no stinky smell.
